Breakfast is not included in the room rate unless the breakfast rate is chosen. For those who choose room rate only we offer a full a la carte breakfast for a flat rate of US$23 + 27% tax to our in house guests. This breakfast includes 2 hot drinks (tea, coffee, cappuccino, latte, espresso), juice or small fruit palate, cooked a la carte main, toast & jam.

  • A deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required to confirm a booking.

  • All refunds will be subject to a 3.25% processing fee which is imposed by our bank

  • Winter season: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival

  • Summer season: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before arrival

  • Peak periods (including RORC, Classic Week, Race Week, Antigua Yacht Charter Show, Christmas, and New Year):

    • A full-stay deposit is required

    • 60-day notice is required for cancellation to receive a refund
