Located in the 1788 main building, these Superior Rooms pair Georgian heritage with modern comfort. Two first-floor rooms feature lofty ceilings and exposed beams, while three larger rooms on the top floor sit beneath dormer windows. All have polished wood floors, updated bathrooms, wide views over the harbour and all but one have a desk. Please note, rooms are accessed by stairs and located on the first and second floors.

For those who choose room rate only we offer a full a la carte breakfast for a flat rate of US$23 + 27% tax to our in house guests. This breakfast includes 2 hot drinks (tea, coffee, cappuccino, latte, espresso), juice or small fruit palate, cooked a la carte main, toast & jam.

  • All refunds will be subject to a 3.25% processing fee which is imposed by our bank

  • Winter season: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival

  • Summer season: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before arrival

  • Peak periods (including RORC, Classic Week, Race Week, Antigua Yacht Charter Show, Christmas, and New Year):

    • A full-stay deposit is required

    • 60-day notice is required for cancellation to receive a refund
